Twenty Two is a referral service designed to connect property owners with verified local contractors. We do not perform construction work ourselves and do not provide direct labor or materials for any project.

USER RESPONSIBILITY
Users are solely responsible for independently verifying the licensing, insurance, pricing, references, and contractual agreements of any contractor they choose from our network. We do not guarantee the quality or reliability of any contractor listed.

PROJECT MATCHING
Our platform identifies potential contractors based on project requirements. However, we do not guarantee that a match will be found or that the contractor will be able to complete the work within the requested timeframe.

DISCLAIMER
By using Twenty Two, you acknowledge that we are not a contractor and that all project decisions, including hiring, payment, and project management, are the sole responsibility of the property owner.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Any intellectual property, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, and service names, are the exclusive property of Twenty Two. We reserve all rights to use, modify, and distribute our branding and service names.
